The Place: The Sarojin
The Sarojin's name is inspired by the mythical Lady Sarojin, daughter of a prominent Thai nobleman, whose name has become symbol in Thailand for the best in hospitality, comfort and appeal. The Sarojin Garden or Pool Residences
Choose to stay in a Garden Residence or a Private Pool Residence. The Garden Residences offer 95 sqm of space and are situated on the ground floor of the Sarojin's seven two-storey guest residence buildings. Each Garden Residence opens out onto a garden fringed terrace and private Thai lounge sala, itself fronted by The Sarojin's tropical garden setting, and includes: Bedroom with king-size bed; luxurious, spacious bathroom in a garden setting with intimate couples' bath, and rainfall and adjustable showers and equipped with hairdryer, robe and slippers, bathroom and personal amenities; air-con, stereo CD, TV and DVD, safe, IDD telephone, complimentary broadband wireless internet connection; fruit basket, water, deli bar, coffee, tea, milk, snacks. The Private Pool Residences includes all the benefits afore mentioned but offers more space, with 120 sqm. It resemble a private, miniature resort, complete with a sunny garden and terrace, Thai lounge sala and private 3.5 metre by 5.5 metre plunge pool and it is situated on the ground floor corners of the Sarojin's guest residence buildings. Phang Nga Bay by Longtail Boat
Cruise at leisure in Phang Nga Bay, only 40 minutes away and renowned for its dramatic limestone islands jutting vertically out of the emerald green water.
Enjoy sea canoe journeys, hidden lagoons and caves exposed only at lower tides, and explore quiet beaches and areas of untouched natural beauty.
You can kayak through mangrove forest and sea the rich fauna that lives in this area, among which funny crab eating macaque and beautiful birds.
The bay is also home to a remarkable sea gypsy village built over the water on stilts and with a giant rock monolith guarding its rear. Touch by Phang Nga Bay's most famous limestone rock, Tapu Island, known also as James Bond Island, so named for its appearance in the film 'The Man With The Golden Gun'.
Private Dining on the Beach
